In Afghanistan for making peace, for guarding of Afghanistan from terrorism and for preventing from cultivation and smuggling of Drugs and Narcotics three important matters will be apply. These matters are following as: 1- Strength of Ministry of National Defense and powerful army and soldiers with many modern facilities, with High education and with feelings of Humanity, with feelings of love with country and with good and high economical amount of salary is important for Afghanistan. 2- Strength of police is important in Afghanistan for guarding and security of interior big or small cities of Afghanistan and for villages, for guarding highways. These officers must educate and even their soldiers must graduate from Primary School and take training that how to behave with people and feel their duties and they will be treated with high salary (that they will not take bribe). 3- Invent of plan of D.D.R (removing weapons) or making a new law that according to that law all weapons will be remove from people and from warlord people of Afghanistan who are present in every sides of Afghanistan and especially (two thousand warlord people in Afghanistan have weapons and also they are believe in Government of Afghanistan. And the lists of those people are present on the offices of NATO therefore on the middle year of 2008 high person in NATO announce about this topic from the level of International countries that all weapons must remove from people and fix on the authority of government). If president of United State of America Mr. Barack Hussain Obama and chief of Organization of United Nation Mr. Bankemon wants that helping of whole world in Afghanistan give a good and positive result then they must apply these three matters. Otherwise invent plan of Harbaki (warlike) by any name and by any shape is a big mistake. And if plan of Harbaki (Warlike) will happen in Afghanistan then once again Afghanistan become damage. This is a repeat plan of Russia. From the year of 1978 to 1991 (army of villages), defense from themselves and defense of revolution and also applying non benefit plans on the government and countries of Afghanistan and on the parties of Mujahedeen that on that time these plans was happened by Mehmod Mestri and Benan Sewan agents of United Nation. After decision application of Geneva and going back of soldiers of Russia from Afghanistan on the year of 1988. The result of these types of plans was finish into fighting and (Khana Jhengi). Also incomplete plan of Bonn’s Conference that this plan was applied by Lakhzar Ibrahemi on the year of 2001, in fact this plan was good but unfortunately Lakhzar Ibrahemi made a mistook that this mistook is submit in history of Afghanistan. Certainly peace is not present in Afghanistan also Afghanistan change from a country into the center of cultivation of Drugs, Opium, Charas and Heroin and plan of United Nation become spoiled. But if Mr. Obama and Mr. Bankemon never take advise from the past history of Afghanistan and they also apply some plans by the counsel of some people who are present in the government of Afghanistan then believe it that all big mistake will happen in Afghanistan elder than these problems of Afghanistan because system of political, social and economical situation of Afghanistan is different form Iraq. Afghanistan has an ancient history and Afghanistan passed many systems such as (Esclavagisme, Feodalisme) and now systems of (half of Feodalisme, villages, Khan Khane and Warlord with corruption are present in Afghanistan). And country of Afghanistan is a back warded country. Present population of Afghanistan is approximately 28 million and 93% people of Afghanistan are uneducated and they not understand the learning and writing of their mother tongue language. From the opinion of Humanity the people of Afghanistan have to live and they have rights to live but some mean people of Afghanistan wants to give weapons in the name of Harbaki (Warlike) and these types of mean people wants to create fighting between people and Nationalities but real people of Afghanistan want peace and they are hungry for peace. Mr. Obama and Mr. Bankemon don’t believe to the saying of Hamid Karzai and his team because Karzai is not tongue of people of Afghanistan, in fact he is the tongue of himself and his team. If from people of Afghanistan ask that you are satisfied with your president then I am sure that they are not satisfied with Hamid Karzai and with warlord people. People of Afghanistan have no way because people of Afghanistan never vote to Karzai by their own wish because they fear from weapons. Some groups take vote for Karzai by force from people of Afghanistan and named this vote a public voting. Mr. Obama and Mr. Bankemon you can see the situation of people of Afghanistan that in these seven years no benefit is happen in Afghanistan and if some benefit is happen it is only by the people of Afghanistan not by the government of Afghanistan and economical life of real people of Afghanistan are very helpless and poor. As an Afghan Refugee and as an writer and as a journalist of Afghanistan I believe in peace and I want peace and I have an opinion that these systems of Afghanistan which is made from United Nation can bring peace in Afghanistan. But Karzai and his team will be go from government of Afghanistan and then shadow of weapons will be remove from heads and hearts of people of Afghanistan then they can participate in election freely and can vote to any one by their own wish then perhaps a person without sides, educated and a person who have feelings of humanity and democracy will appoint on the government of Afghanistan. On that way peace will happen in Afghanistan. Otherwise some member of present government of Afghanistan is a disease of cancer that if this cancer is not treated then this disease will divide on the countries of Asia and also to the whole world. Mr. Bankemon arrive to Afghanistan yesterday and from windows of airplanes he saw the city of Kabul and other cities of Afghanistan from high distance and from airport with security go to the president house of Kabul (Arg-e-Kabul) by ceremonial. Hamid Karzai and his team give a report to Mr. Bankemon that Afghanistan is better and employment and job is present in everywhere but it is not reality because Mr. Bankemon didn’t see the real people of Afghanistan and problems of Afghanistan. The report of Afghanistan is given to Mr. Bankemon by wrong statements. If Mr. Bankemon will be not anger then he must accept that they give a political fraud to him. “Mr. Bankemon, helping of soldiers and economical of United Nation and whole world is important in Afghanistan and these helping are used in wrong types. Hamid Karzai and his team never do a good job in Afghanistan. You have to take an action for Afghanistan about Hamid Karzai and his team”. |
